PRODUCT QUALITY

All the Outlet products are high quality and are the same quality as the Domus product ranges supplied as standard. Items on this website are a mix of over-orders or cancelled orders from our large residential and commercial projects or discontinued lines. Current ceramic and wood products are also on display at the Outlet showroom.

AVAILABILITY

All Outlet products are available from our warehouse next to the Outlet showroom in West Molesey, Surrey. Orders can be collected from the warehouse, or deliveries can be arranged.

QUANTITIES

Quantities displayed on the website are approximate as stock changes on a daily basis. For the latest quantity information, contact the Outlet showroom directly on 0208 481 9588 or email outlet@domusgroup.com. The exact quantities available are to be physically double-checked prior to your order confirmation. We recommend that you add 10-15% for wastage and breakages to all tile orders (see ORDERING EXTRA below). We sell in full box quantities only. We advise rounding up to the nearest full box quantity when ordering. Quantity estimations made as a result of measurements or drawings supplied to us must be checked on-site by your chosen fixer prior to placing your order. Domus accepts no responsibility for over or under-estimations (Please see RETURNS AND REFUNDS below).

PRICES

Standard wall and floor tiles are priced and sold by SQM (square metres). Tile borders, some mosaics, grouts and adhesives are priced and sold per piece, sheet or bag (EA = each item). The sizes of these items will be clearly displayed. All prices shown exclude 20% VAT.

ORDERING EXTRA

As some of the Outlet ranges are current lines, we may be able to order more from the factory if there is not enough in stock in the warehouse to fulfil your order. Any additional quantities that are placed with the factory will be changed at full price, not at the Outlet price. These will mostly likely be from a different batch (and could be a different shade), with a lead time of approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

COLLECTIONS FROM THE WAREHOUSE

Orders placed in the showroom or by email can be collected from the West Molesey warehouse (next to the showroom) during opening times within 2 hours. Collections from the West Molesey warehouse can be made up until 4pm (Monday to Friday), but by prior arrangement only. Porcelain tiles (10mm thick) typically weigh 25kg per SQM. Ceramic tiles and thinner tiles are slightly lighter. Care must be taken when collecting using one's own transport, ensuring the vehicle is not overloaded.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are chargeable. This charge is based on the total weight of your order and destination. We can deliver anywhere in the UK (Monday to Saturday). Contact the Outlet showroom on 0208 481 9588 to discuss your options. Goods are delivered on wrapped pallets, and we provide kerbside delivery only. We will endeavour to do so where it is possible to wheel your delivery closer to your property. Please note we are unable to wheel pallets over stones, gravel driveways, or up and down steps. We must be made aware of any road or lorry restrictions that could hinder the delivery. Let us know if there is limited access, and we will work with the courier to get around these restrictions. Failed deliveries due to restrictions that we were not made aware of or someone not being at the address to sign for the delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. We require 24 hours' notice to change a delivery day. Any changes after this may incur a re-delivery charge.

PAYMENTS

Payment in full is required at the time of ordering.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

All of our Outlet products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

PRE-DELIVERY STORING

Once your purchase has been made, we can store your goods for up to 4 weeks, subject to available space.

VISITING THE OUTLET & SAMPLES

Every Outlet item can be viewed at the West Molesey showroom. These products are not on display at our London specification showrooms. If you want to view any Outlet items in person or arrange samples, please visit us.

We are also closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas and New Year period.
